7‑Day Love It or Swap It Guarantee

Roane & Co. Return & Exchange Policy

At Roane & Co, we’re not a scratch‑and‑dent warehouse anymore. We’re a small Kernersville showroom focused on a few hero sectionals you can actually live on for years.

Because we believe you should love what you sit on every day, we now offer a simple 7‑Day Love It or Swap It Guarantee on eligible sectionals.

7‑Day Love It or Swap It (Eligible Sectionals)

For qualifying new, in‑stock sectionals delivered within our local service area:

• If you don’t love your sectional in the first 7 days after delivery, you can swap it one time for a different sectional we carry.
• You can choose:
• A sectional of equal value, or
• Upgrade to a higher price and just pay the difference.
• If you choose a lower‑priced sectional, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.

To qualify:

• The sectional must be in like‑new condition with no stains, odors, pet damage, smoke, or structural damage.
• All original cushions and components must be present.
• The swap request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date.

We cover the swap delivery within our standard local delivery area. If you’re outside that area, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Damage or Issues at Delivery

We stand behind what we deliver.

• If your sectional arrives with visible damage or a defect, please:
• Note it with the delivery team when possible, and
• Contact us within 24 hours with photos.
• We will repair, replace, or re‑order the affected piece as appropriate.

Mis‑shipments or Wrong Item

If we deliver the wrong item or configuration compared to your invoice:

• Contact us within 48 hours, and
• We’ll correct it at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Covered by Love It or Swap It

To keep pricing fair for everyone, the following are final sale and not eligible for the 7‑day swap:

• Clearance / “as‑is” or floor model items clearly marked as such
• Special orders or custom configurations not normally stocked
• Non‑sectional items like rugs, lamps, and accessories

Any exceptions are at our discretion but we always aim to be reasonable.
